Our client, an award-winning IT consultancy who specialise in cloud technologies, are seeking
an Oracle Support Consultant to join their dynamic team.

What You'll Do
  • Prioritizing and managing ticket flow from the Service Desk
  • Ensure accuracy and relevance of the knowledge base.
  • Trouble shoot and resolve user issues.
  • Assist with testing changes and support patch cycles
What You'll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in Application support environment or similar.
  • Basic understanding or end-user experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (HCM, Financials, Procurement modules)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow / ITIL
