Are you the cat that got the cream? You will be if you are lucky enough to take on this PA role. This highly successful global architecture firm are looking for an exceptionally bright, bubbly and uber organised PA to support one of the Directors.

They are an exceptional firm in the industry with the profile of dreams. As the PA to theDirector you will be coordinating an extremely complex diary with extensive travel on a global scale, forward planning, meeting prep, hotel, flights and venue booking with seamless itineraries put together and always 5 steps ahead for when things change, so you have a plan b,c and d! He speaks at a lot of international events so there is a lot of support and collaboration in research, content and production of presentations. You’ll ideally be a whizz on Powerpoint and Indesign for this. There is also close collaboration with the marketing team, liaising with journalists, photographers and PR agencies as well as strict gate-keeping and liaising with clients. You’ll need to be an exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills. It’s a fantastic PA role with a lot of content and meaty projects to get into. In order to be considered you must have 5+ years at board level as a PA used to coordinating incredibly complex schedules and itineraries, 60wpm typing and a really professional, charming and positive nature. Architecture and design experience will be a distinct advantage.
