Procurement Officer | Hybrid | £28,400 - £34,500 per annum | Permanent

Client: 

Castlefield Recruitment are currently working exclusively with a leading national Public sector organisation, to recruit a Procurement Officer.

This organisation operates a hybrid working policy, allowing for 2 days working from home. Initially the role is on-site until the successful candidate is settled in.

This position would suit an individual with a junior public sector procurement background, ideal for an individual looking for progression.

Role: 

  • Running direct awards and further competitions
  • Develop under and over threshold tenders
  • Liaise with stakeholders and answer questions / queries
  • Working under national frameworks

Individual:

  • Strong administrative skills would be ideal
  • Best suited to an individual with experience working with frameworks
  • Ideal for a candidate with a Public procurement background
