  • Opportunity to work with a smaller portfolio of 90 well-maintained residential properties in London
As a Property Manager , your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Managing end-to-end property takeover processes, from tenant appointment to deposit handling
  • Overseeing day-to-day maintenance and compliance tasks for your portfolio
  • Scheduling and conducting annual property inspections
  • Maintaining and monitoring compliance with all relevant certificates and notices for leasehold properties
