Page Personnel have just registered a new, permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk position for a well established and highly successful Retail business based in Darlington. This is a new opportunity and would suit a candidate with a background in Finance and Accounts Payable looking for their next position.

Description

Duties will include, but will not be limited to: processing purchase orders and invoices at high volumes, bank reconciliations, checking and approving PO's, management of petty cash, maintaining accurate payment records, dealing with multi-currency payments, managing the accounts payable inbox, dealing with queries, preparing payment runs, working within a well established Finance team and managing a variety of other duties as and when required.

Profile

Will be confident with all aspects of Accounts Payable.

Will have a strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Will have experience of working to high volumes.

Multi-currency experience would be beneficial but not essential.

Job Offer

Salary up to £26,000 (can be flexible depending on experience) + permanent position + hybrid working + retail discounts + generous holiday allowance and bank holidays + accessible office with free parking + excellent on site facilities.
