Aspire People are pleased to be working with a thriving and diverse primary school located in the South Manchester, dedicated to providing an excellent educational experience for their students. We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Reception Teacher to join our committed team in September 2024 until the end of the academic year.

Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for your first teaching role or an experienced educator, Aspire People welcome your application.

As a Reception Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing youngest learners' curiosity, creativity, and thirst for knowledge. You will have the opportunity to create a supportive and stimulating learning environment in which children can flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons for Reception students.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
Assess students' progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for students.
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities as required.

What we need from you:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in teaching Early Years or Reception classes is essential
NQTs and ECTs are encouraged to apply; we provide excellent mentoring and support.

Skills and Abilities:
Passion for early childhood education and child development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability and a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Ability to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.

All candidates who register with Aspire People will have 2 years referencing taken up and will be required to have an enhanced DBS check completed and must be on the update service.
