They have a far-reaching client base and cover many technical disciplines, offering a tailored flexible solution. They train their consultants to deliver the best match to clients and candidates and are focused on excellent service delivery.
This is a great opportunity for the career-minded to develop a role in recruitment further and handle construction roles with some of the best companies in the world. They currently have an opportunity for a recruitment consultant to drive sales and develop a desk within Trades.

This is a business development role so you must be self-motivated and prepared to give whatever it takes to achieve the best results and rewards.

There are many qualities needed to become a successful Consultant; energy, intelligence, drive, confidence, and above all, a strong belief in yourself coupled with a desire to succeed. You will have strong persuasion skills and a highly competitive attitude. The culture is passionate, enthusiastic, friendly, direct and demanding.

A full UK driving licence is essential for the role.
