We’re now seeking a Recruitment Specialist to source and attract top talent!

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria before sourcing applicants through online channels such as LinkedIn, Expatriates, and other professional networks. You will design and manage the recruitment and selection process, screening CV’s and conducting interviews and background checks, ensuring that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind. You will serve as a brand ambassador at various events like careers fairs or on-campus recruitment events, representing the company with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities.

Adhering to the end-to-end recruitment cycle, to ensure a positive candidate experience, you will manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities. You will create annual recruitment plans based on current head count, business strategy and budgets and maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and paperwork, to share with the HR Manager.

Responsible for developing, defining and implementing short- and long-term manpower plans for the business. Analyzing and researching the staffing requirements of each area of the business. Whilst developing a strong understanding of the talent utilization within each division. Identify manpower needs and vacancies including need for development of recruitment programs (e.g., labor recruitment programs, management recruitment programs) to ensure alignment of organizational needs to manpower plans.

About You:

  • Should be a Saudi national
  • A Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment / talent acquisition role, with an excellent understanding of full recruitment cycle processes.
  • In depth knowledge of candidate selection methods.
  • A creative thinker and pro-active problem solver.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritising workload.
  • Solid computer and systems knowledge.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
