Sales Manager

  • £45,000- £55,000
  • Sales bonus circa £7k - £10k

Are you a Technical Sales Engineer passionate about scientific innovation? We are looking for someone with a desire to travel internationally to interact with researchers across various scientific sectors, where your mechanical mind will help advance the research happening within sectors such as electronics, energy, healthcare technologies and pharma to name some.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with people from various scientific sectors including physicists, scientists, engineers, and technical experts.
  • Represent the products and solutions at the highest levels across UK and international venues.
  • Travel to visit customers and attend trade shows and conferences.
  • Adapt and quickly grasp new scientific concepts, applying this knowledge to drive sales and client satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Material Science or a related discipline.
  • Has a solid track record in technical sales.
  • Demonstrates a customer-oriented approach and a passion for achieving excellence in product quality and sales performance.
  • Excels in communication, and relationship building, and has a charismatic, outgoing personality.
  • Is comfortable with both UK and international travel as part of the role.
