Description

  • Coordinating and managing all scheduling activities within the customer service department.
  • Liaising with team members to ensure efficient distribution of tasks.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all scheduling activities.
  • Responding to scheduling queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements within the scheduling function.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Resolving any conflicts or issues that arise in relation to scheduling.
  • Assisting in the training of new team members on scheduling systems and processes.

Profile

A successful Scheduler should have:

  • Previous customer service/scheduling experience.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • An aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
