Role: SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA)
Location: Tower Hamlets 
Salary: Up to £95 Daily rate - Dependant on experience 
Hours: Full time
Start date: April 2023
 
GSL Education are seeking to appoint an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children.  The school is located in Tower Hamlets and has a number of SEN opportunities available due to school being part of a large Academy Trust. The School is a where every child is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. 
 
This SEN Teaching Assistant (TA) is a full-time position to start from April 2023 with the view to remaining long-term and possibly the potential to secure a permanent contract. You will be joining a lovely team of skilled and supportive staff. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to develop their career in a school that offers regular CPD and progression.
 
SEN TA Specification:

• Previous experience working with SEN children
• Able to be proactive and flexible
• Good communication skills 
• Able to support children with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups 
• Able to commute to Tower Hamlets daily
• Must have an enhanced child workforce DBS or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
