**Senior Digital Campaign Officer**

Leatherhead, Surrey (hybrid)

**Job Summary:**

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Digital Campaign Officer, where you'll lead and deliver high-impact digital campaigns that drive business outcomes. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of digital marketing channels, including display and programmatic advertising.

**Package:**

* Salary: Up to £38,900

* Benefits: 27 days paid holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working arrangement (2 days in office, 3 days at home)

* Flexible working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 4:30pm (37.5 hours per week)

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate with senior management and colleagues to develop and execute high-quality digital campaigns that engage stakeholders and drive business results

* Plan and execute digital marketing plans to recruit and retain supporters

* Work with the team to develop comprehensive digital strategies and ensure accessibility of our events website

* Optimize campaigns across primary platforms, including social media, SEM, SEO, and display advertising

* Analyze data insights to identify levers impacting campaign performance and make data-driven decisions

* Document and present results to internal stakeholders

* Forecast and report on ROI and demonstrate impact on business outcomes

* Train new starters and ensure compliance with legal requirements (e.g. copyright and data protection)

* Attend events
