Trinity House are exclusively working with a high growth global Business with a significant UK presence in the search for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager.

You will provide key support to the board and drive performance in your business area.

This is a critical role within the Finance Leadership team and offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders.

Role

  • Drive margin analysis for the SMT to make key commercial decisions.
  • Weekly Forecasting - review & challenging
  • Leading on budget process
  • Preparation and consolidation of board packs
  • Produce and deliver reporting and performance insights targeting different levels of the organisation
  • Develop pricing models
  • Challenge on variances to budget
  • Work on renegotiation of contracts - including bids & tenders

Person

  • Ideally at least 5 years post qualification (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
  • Experience with financial modelling and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills: You need to communicate clearly and concisely with various stakeholders, including the board and executive team
  • Strong people management skills
  • Experience of working with Operations
  • Experience within a contact led Business

Up to £90,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

This is a significant role to drive a Business Partnering culture in a fast paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with Operations and the SMT. This is a progressive role for a commercial finance leader, with a clear pathway of progression upwards in the Business.
