Senior Litigation Solicitor – Ashford

TN Recruits Law are working with a prestigious and highly ranked firm within the Legal 500, to find an outstanding Senior Litigation Solicitor to join their friendly, vibrant team.

The Senior Litigation Solicitor role will cover a varied range of duties, including:
  • Commercial and residential landlord and tenant property issues
  • Professional negligence
  • Building disputes
  • General contract issues
  • Partnership disputes
  • Debt recovery
  • Insolvency (corporate and personal)
  • Inheritance claims
  • Challenging and contesting of wills (claiming and defending)
  • Financial provision for dependents
  • Probate disputes
  • Removal of executors
  • Invalid wills
  • Rules of intestacy
  • Attending Litigation department meetings and training.
  • Playing an active role in sustaining and developing the Litigation department by networking and participating in marketing events.
  • ACTAPS membership would be advantageous, however not essential to the role.  
Salary & package: £Generous package on offer, including 25 days holiday + bank holidays and Xmas closure
Hours: 9am-5pm Monday – Friday
Location: Ashford
