A consultancy working on behalf of an NHS Estate department have a need for a senior Projects Manager to support the existing team in property and estates. Working 5 days in a hospital in Lincolnshire, the projects are part of the maintenance framework and will include ward refurbishments, external works, fire and water compliance etc.
As an experienced Project Manager, you will have knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts and have NHS experience. You will be experienced in managing and delivering multi-faceted small works and have good knowledge of statutory legislation. You will also have a track record of budgetary management of projects. You can have experience from Client Side, Consultancy or contractor.
You will have an appropriate construction, engineering or property qualification and ideally hold a professional membership. NHS experience is preferable. It is essential that you have a strong track record in running maintenance projects and small works.
What you'll get in return
Weekly pay, day rate, 4-month contract minimum, rolling potential for long term
This contract is inside IR35
