SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER - HAMPSTEAD - UP TO £42,000. NO CAR NEEDED

About the role

I'm working with an award winning London agent that are looking for an experienced Residential Property Manager for their Hampstead Office. Within this organisation, all Property Managers, their admin and financial department are all under one roof to help ensure the smooth running of the process.

It's an office based role in the sense that you don't need to go out on appointments, and you are allowed to work from home half the week. All 21 branches have Lettings coordinators, who will communicate with PM regarding any issues with landlord / tenants.

What are they looking for?

They need an experienced Senior Property Manager to oversee the teams, give advice and take control of any situations that may need special care. You should be confident, approachable, friendly and have good all round knowledge of residential property management. (There is no Block Management)
