Key Responsibilities:

Proactively monitor production environment for potential issues.
Test and expedite new product releases.
Provide support to partner developer teams.
Develop tools to improve internal operations.
Assist in maintaining Salesforce CRM and internal IT systems.
Adapt to serve multinational operations across time zones.

Requirements:

Proficiency in C#, .NET MVC, Web Services, MS SQL, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL, Azure.
Experience with BI Tools (Preferable)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant field.
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
Experience with agile software development (SCRUM).

Previous Senior title/experience will be desirable.
