Interested in advising on complex 1st and 2nd charge mortgages where you're making an even bigger impact to your clients compared to high street mortgages?

With this particular brokerage you'll be advising clients for a variety of reasons, adverse credit, unusual incomes, unusual properties or simply because they're on a great 1st charge rate currently. These types of cases earn you higher proc fees and higher advice fees but they also have a greater impact to your clients. You'll be conducting Fact Finds and then sourcing the most suitable product against the clients needs.

The company is growing and has a relaxed working environment where they embrace hybrid working and flexible hours to work around families.

What they offer:
  • Circa £30,000 basic plus commission
  • Flexible working, hybrid office environment
  • Excellent training and support
What they want:
  • Ambitious and self driven Advisors
  • Inquisitive Advisors that want to keep up to date with market changes
  • A team player and someone that wants to be part of the company culture
