RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Liverpool for a Temporary Property Compliance Coordinator. This role involves ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and managing various compliance-related tasks

This is a full time, temporary role until Aug 2024 and offers a pay rate of £13.67.

Main Duties:

  • Utilize c365 to generate a report on active actions.
  • Categorize reports into actions, referrals, remedial works, GM, and BC referrals.
  • Use VLOOKUP to incorporate comments and status from previous reports.
  • Coordinate with team members to assign daily tasks and discuss additional responsibilities.
  • Log repairs and referrals using c365, Salesforce, and Open Housing platforms, focusing on clearing the backlog.
  • Log any enforcement notices received by the business.
  • Record enforcement notices in the enforcement tracker, c365, and save documents to the designated folder.
  • Transfer data from daily actions report to the tracker in Teams.
  • Use VLOOKUP to transfer relevant information such as contractor details and RES site status.
  • Update the tracker, primarily on Thursdays.
  • Add submissions to the team's channel and update the tracker accordingly.
  • Collaborate with team members to address actions from the tracker.
  • Raise remedial works based on Building Safety Inspection Submissions as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in Property Compliance is essential.

This role will be subject to DBS check at relevant level.
