Do you like working in a fast paced environment, love to organise and coordinate tasks and have a great eye for detail?

As the Training and Compliance Administrator you will be responsible for coordinating the training and compliance needs of the site for both new and existing employees. This will involve monitoring departmental data to look at when licences and training are due to be renewed and coordinating with external suppliers, managers and the employee to facilitate the training required. You will keep accurate records on all training provided to assure that we have a legal compliant and safe workforce.

What we're looking for:

We are looking for someone who is a born organiser, enjoys coordinating and managing processes to get the job done. You will interface with a large internal and external network from senior leaders to new employees and support the site with the coordination of training to guarantee we remain compliant.

Experience is great- but its not everything- if you have the right attitudes and values we can teach you the know how. What you will need is:

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite - particularly Excel
  • Strong organisation skills and the ability to coordinate people and processes
  • High attention to detail
  • High levels of initiative to think of creative solutions
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks and get to the most important bits first
  • A genuine desire to meet the business safety and training objectives
  • Takes personal responsibility for own and team safety

What you will be doing:

This is a varied and fast paced role that requires a high attention to detail to monitor, coordinate and record the training requirements for the site.


Day to day you will be involved in:

  • Processing and coordination of training; organising training and development for the site whilst using record management to keep employee records up to date and compliant.
  • Manages departmental data, databases and compliance records, ensuring these are kept up to date and recorded accurately and in a timely manner to guarantee the site remains compliant.
  • Assist in the generation of reports required by the company and site.
  • Engage with stakeholders (suppliers, contractors, colleagues, managers etc.) to gain appropriate support in swiftly resolving any site issues, in particular any problems that may prevent accurate and timely processing of information that supports operational performance
  • Provides administration support to the team and site to ensure all necessary resources and equipment are available so the team can work effectively.
  • Assisting with routine and Ad hoc requests, including room bookings, raising purchase orders on SAP
  • Managing confidential information
