More than 160 million units per year across 600 different product lines for customers such as Morrisons, Tesco & Asda What you'll be doing The role of the Quality Assurance Auditor is: Monitor and audit CCPs (Critical Control Points), their checks and recordsMonitor & audit pre-requisite systems and control procedures forming part of the site QMS.Audit personnel, environment & equipment hygiene standards prior to and during production. Carry out investigative swabs to monitor hygiene standards and investigate out of specification results.Conduct internal audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with procedures and standards and continually improve in line with industry best practices & customer requirements.Conduct in-house audits to ensure compliance.Carry out trend analysis of site information (non-conformances, complaints, out of spec results, internal foreign bodies etc.) and use to target improvements.Investigate, communicate & implement corrective action following internal or external non-conformances, or out of specification micro results, nutritional results, customer complaints etc.Action quality and process improvements, carrying out investigations, traceability, liaising with other departments / suppliers to ensure non-compliances are closed fully & followed up.Monitor and audit start up checks to ensure issues are resolved within risk assessed & agreed timescales, liaising with relevant departments (taking photo standards, updating documents when new machinery introduced).Carry out coaching, training and ongoing education of factory personnel at all levels in relation to food safety & quality systems. The role covers the following patches: North London, South Birmingham, M4, South of M1 and Nottingham The Role The Auditor role requires an experienced knowledge of risk in the Asset Based Lending industry with the ability to identify key risks and make recommendations for risk reducing actions to the operations and credit teams. Whilst primary responsibility will be the auditing of existing client portfolio there may be the requirement to undertake new business surveys where required. The role would suit an individual looking to further develop their career in the Asset Based Lending Industry and in future help develop the audit and survey function as the lending book grows. The Responsibilities Undertake audits of client debtor facilities identifying lending risk issues and make recommendations to operations / credit team to help mitigate and minimise any potential bad debt.Maintain high-quality service to clients as an extension of the operations team.Undertake new business surveys when required and make recommendations and assist with the structuring of new facilities alongside the sales team.All activity is undertaken within the scope of overseeing the maintenance of the collateral being funded .Understand the wider Bank’s products and services, and proactively identify and action sales opportunities in order to best meet customer needs.Adherence with the Bank’s AML policies and procedures, with vigilance at all times of the conduct of customers and debtors.
