Average Client Executive salary in the UK

As Client Executive you will work closely with another Account Manager to manage your portfolio of highly professional business Clients - often Household names. Our Client, a market leader, is growing and looking to recruit an additional and talented individual to work closely with their Clients. You will maintain the close business relationships which have been developed with their Corporate Clients and will be strongly focussed on continually strengthening those relationships. You will also be responsible for liaising with the Operational teams for day-to-day servicing and also for the implementation of new arrangements. For the level of Client interaction you will ultimately have, you will need to already have experience of building strong professional business relationships. In this role you will be interfacing closely and regularly with your Clients, as their first point of contact, so you will be meeting Clients either face to face or virtually every week. This is a role that can be performed on a hybrid basis, spending time working in the office and also from home, as well as external visits to Clients. The main responsibilities of the Client Executive role include: Maintaining regular contact with Clients either at meetings, by telephone and face to faceResearching and understanding your Clients requirementsLiaising between your Clients and internal teamsArranging, preparing and attending external meetings with ClientsManaging Client reportingPreparing and submitting proposals to ClientsLiaison with the Marketing department over presentation of proposal documents To be a successful Client Executive you will have: Experience interacting with clients of varying levels in a Business to Business environmentStrong problem solving abilityHardworking and highly self motivated approachStrong organisation and excellent communication skills Please note that due to the office location, you will need your own transport.
