What you'll be doing as a Clinical Resourcer: Screening applications and CV database searching, sharing shortlists of qualified candidates with the Clinical Recruiters.Building and managing candidate pipelines for current and future hiring.Overseeing job advertisement placement and collaborating with the Recruitment Marketing Specialist to maintain consistent external advertising.Ensuring equitable and prompt treatment of all candidates throughout the recruitment process, addressing scheduling, feedback, and inquiries, as well as providing updates to champion the candidate experience.
