Role Overview: As a Renewals Coordinator you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for managing lease renewals and ensuring the continuity of their resident's tenancies. You will play a crucial role in maintaining high occupancy rates and maximising resident satisfaction by facilitating smooth and efficient renewal processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with a passion for customer service and property management. Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with tenants nearing the end of their lease agreements to discuss renewal options and negotiate termsPrepare and send lease renewal notices in accordance with company policies and legal requirementsLiaise with landlords and tenants to address any concerns or requests related to lease renewalsCoordinate property inspections and maintenance activities as needed to prepare for lease renewalsUpdate and maintain accurate records of lease renewal agreements and related documentationMonitor rental market trends and advise management on pricing strategies and lease termsCollaborate with the leasing team to identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional services to tenantsProvide exceptional customer service to residents, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional mannerStay informed about relevant legislation and industry best practices related to lease renewals and tenant rights Requirements: Previous experience in property management, leasing, or customer service roles preferredStrong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations diplomaticallyExcellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and property management softwareKnowledge of landlord-tenant laws and regulations, particularly related to lease agreements and renewalsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentProactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to residentsFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines If you have the relevant skills and personal attributes required for this role and are currently looking for the opportunity to expand your skills and experience in the property industry, then please do not hesitate to contact me.
