Average Project Administrator salary in the UK

Project Administrator Up to £17.50 per hour Role based in Farnborough Hybrid working 3 days a week in Farnborough offices and the rest remote working We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join a global Construction and Engineering company based in Farnborough. Our client has fantastic offices with great facilities including free parking, Costa Coffee on-site, lovely subsidised restaurant and an all-round healthy and positive working environment. This role is working a 9 day fortnight; you will work Monday to Friday one week and complete 44 hours and every alternate week you will work 36 hours and work Monday to Thursday meaning you have every alternate Friday off. The role is working 3 days a week on-site at their Farnborough offices and 2 days remotely per week. We are looking for an experienced and successful Project Administrator who is confident and able to work within a busy team and support on some on-going long-term Projects. You will need to have excellent MS Office skills and excellent Project support experience. You will need advanced Word skills as you will be formatting large complex documents on a regular basis. My client Poole based client is looking for a Project Support Administrator on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract providing maternity cover. The successful candidate will be an excellent administrator with great customer service skills. Previous experience in a sales support position would be an advantage. This role will be primarily responsible for customer support, managing the customers product servicing portfolio and administration support for the Business Development team. The successful candidate will also assist with customer service-related tasks, including quote and sales order creation, customer equipment returns, export coordination and activities associated with training and evaluation visits. In addition, and working closely with the Business Development team, this role will involve a level of reporting and data entry/management to inform departments in the wider business to meet customer deadlines. Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Generate sales quotations.Follow up on service schedules to ensure orders have been placed.Liaise with wider business customer service team to support.Assist with pricing structures & individual customer contracts.Liaise with customers.Management of our spares portfolio.Local agent/service centre liaison. Business Development Support: Assist the Technical Support Manager with customer returns process.Create part numbers on X3/manage BOM’s.Assist with customer tender information where required.Use company programs to update forecasts.Travel scheduling.Generate purchase requisitions.Export control and shipping liaison for T&E and production shipments.Purchasing liaison for spares/consumables orders planning.
