Job Title: Quality Coordinator Quality Coordinator Salary: £35k - £37k Plus Fantastic Benefits + Hybrid Working Reports to Operations Director Interfaces with Project Leader / project team members / HR Department Job summary: Responsible for the coordination of relevant quality documentation and preparation of various audits. Key responsibilities: Develop a high level of communication and engagement with various teams, to improve quality management system.Maintaining quality documentation to required standard, tracking, and updating documents as required.Manage company TIDP ensuring policies documents are updated accordingly.Follow up and update any NCR’s and corrective actions within the NCR Register. Investigation and reporting on customer complaints, and implementation ofCarrying out internal audits, support and participate in third party, and external audits.Participate in weekly quality meetings as required by Operations DirectorEnsure audit and policy folders are updated regularly.Understanding various BSI and ISO clauses and processes Knowledge, Skills and Qualities required: Teamwork, good communication, attention to detail, adaptability, deadline focused Software applications: The role requires good knowledge of Microsoft Office Company perspective · Be familiar with company Quality Management systems and processes.Be familiar with Pascall+Watson company policies and Staff HandbookRemember our company values are Collaborative / Innovation / Professional / Enjoyable
