Working at Acuity Care Group Limited

What we do

Acuity Care Group encompasses three specialist divisions which support people living with different complex care requirements. These divisions include Bespoke Health & Social Care, Team Brain Injury Support and Learning Disability & Autism.

At Acuity, our aim is to support and assist the divisions within our Group in any way we can to provide outstanding, bespoke care that promotes independence, dignity and choice for individuals, within their own homes.

Complex Care

Our fundamental belief is that individuals and their families should be empowered to make choices and have control over their care which enables them to live safely at home, promotes their independence and offers them a circle of support to fulfil their unique potential and aspirations.

Brain Injury Support

All our Support Workers undergo extensive training (refreshed annually), including specialist brain injury training, which enables them to confidently deliver exceptional, high-level care to adults and children within their own homes.

Learning Disability & Autism

Our team of LD&A professionals pride themselves on the positive outcomes achieved through increasing a person’s quality of life. This is accomplished by getting to know the individuals and their families, working in collaboration with them, empowering them to work on their strengths and reducing risks that have posed problems in their life.

Spinal Injury Support

An estimated 50,000 people in the UK are currently living with a spinal cord injury. Our aim is to provide person-centred support which, in turn, enables those we work with to live a full life, whilst maximising their independence.

Outstanding, personalised care that promotes independence, dignity and choice.

"The recruitment process was super quick and easy. I had a telephone interview with my would-be manager just a could of days after I applied. 2 weeks later Bespoke organised a Meet and Greet with the family I now work with, the I was offered the job. All told - the whole process took around 3 weeks!"
