This Quality Inspector is available due to promotion, working within a niche sector of explosion protection solutions, providing engineering solutions for the materials handling and oil and gas industries, and other hazardous sectors. This Quality Inspector will work in the production area, covering welding and mechanical inspection. Quality Inspector 

This Electro-mechanical Engineer is to work in a support capacity, liaising closely with design, manufacturing, internal sales and purchasing to provide knowledge of electrically biased, electro-mechanical engineering to help troubleshoot, design, modify and provide technical support of flameproof and safety equipment used in hazardous environments. A varied role, requiring someone with a skill set covering PCB boards through to electrical test equipment, ideally, but not essentially, encompassing CAD design skills and new product testing, you will be the &quot;go to&quot; person for helping understand problems and finding solutions for manufacturing and customer requirements. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the design and manufacturing of small electro-mechanical products. Shopfloor support for the assembly and test of products. Assist the internal sales team in providing technical support for resolution of customer queries. Item creation and BOM maintenance on the ERP system. Provide the purchasing team technical support for alternative parts. New product testing. Electrical test equipment design, build and maintenance. Creation of product support documentation. (wiring diagrams, test instructions etc.) Maintenance of product CAD models, drawings, and wiring diagrams - this can be taught Essential: Technical qualification of HNC or above Proven problem solver with an analytical approach to fault diagnosis Practical experience of root cause analysis Proven relevant experience in a technical role in manufacturing. Good communication skills with ability to write technical instructions and documents. Strong technical acumen with the desire to make a significant improvement to product and process. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with excellent Excel skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proactive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitude to job role. Electro-mechanical Engineer

This Junior Electrical Design Engineer will be joining a small company operating in a niche market of control and instrumentation systems, supplying bespoke motor and instrumentation control products to clients who operate primarily in the renewables sector, but also providing products for buildings and production lines. Educated to at least HND in a relevant subject, as Junior Electrical Designer Engineer, you will report to the Senior Design Engineer, covering a wide range of duties, including: Taking clients requirements by telephone and email Estimating costs for designing and development Use your problem solving skills to provide solutions within designs Using Solidworks to draw electrical circuits to go to the manufacturing team Liaise with clients, keeping them updated of progress and changes Assist the workshop with redesigns as necessary Work with suppliers for supply of products Supported by experienced Designers and Engineers, this offers opportunity to progress, allowing you to learn from professionals who have a passion for their work. Junior Electrical Design Engineer

Due to continued growth, a Production Manager is required in this niche market of Zone 1 engine conversions, being responsible for Production and Assembly, Safety, Quality, Lead time, On Time Delivery, Cost and Competitiveness, Flame Non-Transmission Testing (TNT) as well as providing exceptional leadership. With previous experience as a Production Manager, you will have managed a production or manufacturing business, preferably in engineering, ideally oil and gas or materials handling, be experienced in low volume high end engineered to order, with a proven track record of productivity and process improvements, along with project management experience.
