Recruitment Boutique launched in January 2014 as a solitary start up project, with a passion and belief that the automotive industry needed a recruitment company that understood the industry from first hand experience. With such a unique sector, clients can find peace of mind that they are speaking with recruiters with extensive experience of working in a dealership. Bluntly, you will not find a recruiter here that has not operated in a retail environment. This ethic allows us to be more successful for you, our clients and candidates, through understanding the mechanics of a dealership as well as the pressures and disciplines each role carries.

A real family run business, Neal spent over ten years in a retail automotive environment prior to launching Recruitment Boutique with his wife Faith, today boasting collectively over 20 years automotive and recruitment exposure.

Career paths can often feel lonely and confusing, with no sign posts to help us along on our journey. We sometimes take a wrong turn however, with over 25 years dealership exposure we are here to point you in the right direction

Recruitment Boutique is fast becoming the go to recruiter, meaning we often work with talent that will never hit the open market. We work exclusively with many candidates, allowing us to send relevant CV's which results in less interviews and quicker offers.

Building on the success of our permanent solution, Recruitment Boutique launched a temporary facility for both Vehicle Technicians and Service Advisors as well as Front of House reception in April 2018 - and we are very proud to be supporting many dealer groups and brands across the country
