This role requires strong level of Excel with a minimum of look ups and pivot tables experience. The business is a successful ecommerce business so if you have experience of working in this industry this would be highly beneficial. In particular we are looking for someone who has experience dealing with Amazon receipts and allocations. Key role responsibilities include: Daily posting and allocations of cash receipts using Excel Allocations of Amazon receipts utilising large data sets on Excel Responding to all accounts receivable queries Processing refunds Raising invoices Taking credit card payments Credit Checks Setting up new customers on Sage The role requires excellent communications skills and strong attention to detail. Sales Ledger Assistant

Think Accountancy and Finance are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join an Accountancy Practice in London. Ideally you will have worked in a Practice or perhaps a Solicitors and if you have experience of CCH then this would be highly beneficial. You will be forward thinking and hands on in your approach. It is vital that you are client focused and be able to help drive projects forward by using exceptional communication skills. This position will be paying 55,000 - 60,000 and is a permanent role. You will be required to work in the office 3 days a week. Key Responsibilities include: Attend monthly revenue meetings to discuss all aspects of WIP, debt and billing Provide a breakdown of client fees Handle and resolve all billing queries Assist with all credit control activities including outstanding invoices, contacting clients, reviewing provisioned invoices and ensuring the team are on track with cash target Deal with Accounts Payable queries Provide up to date client reports Rebates Process improvements and systems implementations My client is looking for someone who able to build strong relationships with people at all levels whilst bringing a positive and flexible attitude. Credit Controller

Think Accountancy and Finance are working with a business who have offices in both Kings Langley and Guildford who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their growing team. Some travel may be required to the other office but only when the business requires. The company offers hybrid working with 3 days in an office, and 2 days from home each week. They are looking for someone who is Part Qualified or close to Qualifying ACCA, CIMA or ACA with experience in a Management Accountant role. The position will focus on overseeing the finances from start to finish ensuring monthly management accounts are completed on time. The company offer excellent benefits plus a competitive salary. This is an urgent requirement so ideally you will have a maximum of 1 months notice and be able to interview at short notice. Management Accountant

A new temporary opportunity for someone with all round accounts admin experience including experience of chasing outstanding invoices is now available in St Albans. Working in a small team to support a staff absence this Part Time position will be for 20-25 hours a week. The candidate is able to work 3 full days or 5 half days to suit them. There is a slight backlog with outstanding invoices and this person will need to work with the companies supplies in clearing the backlog and bring the accounts back to date. Accounts Responsibilities include: Debtor management/chasing clients for debts via phone and email Ensure customer queries are managed and escalated as required Reconciliations Raising invoices and credit notes As well as the credit admin responsibilities you will be happy to support with general office admin duties including: Data entry Managing office supplies Undertaking credit checks on new clients Filing and paper management We are looking for someone who can start immediately to support this business based in the centre of St Albans. Experience of Quickbooks and credit control as well as general office admin is a must to be considered for this position. Currently there is around a month requirement for the temp but this may be extended.
