ILM Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading is a combined and competency-based qualification ideal for learners who wish to become managers and leaders. - The learner develops skills and knowledge of managing personal performance and development, communicating work-related information, leading and managing a team, and principles of the team guiding and understanding business.
- The learner develops additional knowledge and skills, which may include developing working relationships with colleagues, contributing to meetings, chairing meetings, principles of equality and diversity, managing team performance, encouraging innovation, managing conflict, procurement of products and services, collaborating with other departments, and participating in projects.
- The learner develops additional knowledge and skills, including storing and retrieving information, handling mail, employee rights and responsibilities, delivering customer service, resolving customer problems, negotiating, and developing and delivering a presentation.

Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) is a professional body that helps people worldwide improve their leadership capabilities and advance their careers.
ILM qualifications start at Level 2 (ideal for team leaders) and go up to Level 7 (suited to senior managers, such as a CEO).
