1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
DK Recruitment are seeking 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer to join my client who are a leading managed service provider looking to expand their 2nd line service desk team.
We are looking for a minimum of 2 years IT support experience working on a service desk, ideally for a MSP but this isn't essential.
Experience/Duties
- Experience supporting Windows Servers, O365, Azure AD, Intune and general Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi
- Ensuring that all communications to the Service Desk, phone calls, and emails are answered
promptly and in a professional and courteous manner. - Excellent customer service skills.
Location: North Bristol (2 days per week WFH).
- Salary: Starting from £27,000
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
