This is an excellent 1st Line Application Support Engineer role, working for a company with a growing reputation in their field. The 1st Line Support Engineer will have excellent all-round IT support skills, be a great communicator and be a problem solver. They will provide end user support for the company's application.

The 1st Line Support Engineer will join a leader in the healthcare software industry. The 1st Line Support Engineer will contribute to a supportive team environment, which rewards hard work and innovative thinking. The role is primarily remote, with one day a week from the company's Lincoln office.
