2 x Accounts Receivable Assistants - Temp - Hybrid

REED Accountancy has an excellent opportunity for a temp Accounts Receivable Assistant to join a global organisation based in North Glasgow.

This assignment comes with a hybrid working pattern of 3 days per week in the office & 2 from home. Initially, the assignment will last for 6 weeks and may be extended.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing accounts receivable transactions on the ledger

• Matching invoices to receipts and allocating accordingly

• Reconciling the general ledger to the AR sub-ledger

• Reconciling accounts

• Journal posting

• Assisting with year-end audit preparation

• Ad hoc responsibilities
