Academic Learning Coach
* Full time, long-term position
* Work college hours, term time only
* Excellent experience prior to teacher training
* Support students on a 1:1 and small group basis
* Offer cover for departments when teachers are absent
* Excellent support from an outstanding leadership team
* Free gym on site for all staff to use
* Fantastic professional development on offer
* Work with a team of graduates who are similar to yourself
* Excellent access to public transport and free parking on-site

Person Specification
* 2:1 or above degree required
* Excellent academic background
* Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential.
* Passionate about education
