We are hiring a Personal Lines Account Handler, based in Stockton-on-Tees, who will be primarily focused on Renewals for the company, with a small amount of new business. However, you will need to be comfortable with both. They are offering a salary up to £30,000 per annum, with a 5% bonus incentive too. You will be joining this company at a really exciting time of growth so, it's not one to be missed!

The role of Personal Lines Account Handler includes:

  • Renewing existing client policies at all levels, including platinum customers.
  • Negotiating with Underwriters in benefit of the customers' needs.
  • Arranging of Insurance cover for regular and more complex cases.
  • Producing company approved documentation for customers.
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Attending regular meetings with existing accounts where required.
  • Identifying new customer opportunities and acting on them.

As the Personal Lines Account Handler you need:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Lines Account Handler or looking to progress.
  • Strong Commercial Insurance knowledge is required for this role.
  • Live within a commutable distance of Stockton-on-Tees.
