I am on the lookout for a passionate and driven Account Manager with a flair for sales and a natural ability to connect with people and build lasting relationships. Salary £45-50k per annum plus annual performance bonus

Day to day of the role:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers and upselling other product ranges.
  • Engage with lost accounts to try and regain their business.
  • Build relationships with new clients and follow up on leads generated by the marketing department.
  • Develop a deep understanding of products/services to effectively demonstrate their value to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products/services to clients.
  • Communicate progress and present performance updates to management and directors.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous B2B experience in sales with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively.
  • A genuine passion for understanding and meeting customer needs, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
