Our client provides cost-effective?education technology?for schools and academies. From complex school ICT network installations to the simple supply of hardware, they?offer outstanding advice, robust products & trusted school IT technical support. They have contracts with schools in and around the Bristol, Gloucestershire & Wiltshire area.

They are currently recruiting an experienced Account Manager to join their team.


About the Role:

Are you passionate about education technology and adept at building lasting client relationships? This IT company is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Manager / Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving sales and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with schools and academies in the designated area.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific requirements.

Sales Growth:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and initiatives.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay abreast of the latest education technology trends and products.
  • Clearly articulate the features and benefits of their offerings to potential clients.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide valuable input into product development based on client feedback.


The Ideal Candidate:

Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for education technology? Our client is looking for a candidate who possesses:

  • Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within the education or technology sector. 
  • Relationship Building Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Results-Driven Attitude: A track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
