R13 Recruitment are partnering a well-established healthcare agency in Norwich, in their search for an Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing and building a portfolio of accounts, and successfully sourcing high-quality candidates on a temporary basis, covering clients in the Bedfordshire area. This role would naturally suit a recruitment professional, or the company are happy to consider a background in sales or healthcare, from someone who is keen to secure a career in recruitment!

This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (on-call flexibility required) and offers a competitive salary.

The day to day

  • Building and maintaining new and existing client relationships via various account management activities.
  • Identifying and converting potential customers effectively.
  • Attracting high-quality candidates via advertising, promotions, and referrals.
  • Conducting face-to-face and virtual interviews to recruit exceptional candidates.
  • Performing office administration in accordance with company protocols.

You will have/be

  • Previous account management and business development experience in a target driven environment (recruitment is desired but not essential).
  • A track record of successfully achieving targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
