Accounts Administrator

Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are recruiting for a level 4 AAT qualified Accounts Administrator to work for a well-established company based in High Wycombe. This a permanent role and ideal for an enthusiastic, numerate and process-orientated person.

Monday - Friday
9.00am - 5.30pm
GBP32,000 - GBP35,000 DOE

The main duties of the Accounts Administrator will include, but not limited to:
· Liaising with suppliers for purchases and payments.
· Producing Sage Works Orders and allocating materials.
· Creating and analysing stock reports.
· Interrogation of Sage/MRP software and subsequent placement of UK purchase orders.
· Housekeeping of Sage including purchase order report management.
· Assisting the Supply Manager and other Managers as and when required.

The requirements of the Accounts Administrator are:
· Must have a minimum of level 4 AAT qualification.
· Highly proficient with SAP/Sage type order processing.
· Proven experience in administration and customer services.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft office including Excel.
· Have a confident and professional attitude when liaising with internal and external customers.
· Be reliable and a team player.
