Accounts Assistant

Full Time or Part Time

Location: London, NW10

A great opportunity for a strong Accounts Assistant to work within a lovely team environment for a leading and long established fashion brand in NW London.

My client is looking for a positive and engaging Accounts Assistant who has experience in supporting the Accounts Team.

You will be responsible for the following:

·Oversee the full sales ledger life cycle, from reviewing customer invoices to input of underlying accounting records and preparation of client statements

·Generate and record sales invoices and subsequent credit control

·Deal with client enquires and liaise with them on a regular basis to provide a comprehensive service

·General administration of the accounts team including the production of financial information

·Filing and archiving

Skills & experience:

  • Proficient with sage 50 accounts and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Have a confident and outgoing personality
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to find errors
  • Able to maintain professionalism at all times

·Be able to work under pressure and manage changing deadlines, customer and business requirement professionally and calmly?

·Have the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and work under pressure in a fast paced environment?

·Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and be able to work in a small but very fast paced and dynamic environment and can work well under pressure with a smile.
