Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Location: Newcastle under Lyme

Contract Details: Permanent

Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing manual sales ledger invoices using excel templates
  • Raising automated sales ledger invoices and sending them to customers
  • Assisting in the allocation of sales ledger receipts
  • Recording customer debit notes
  • Running statements and emailing them to customers
  • Assisting with credit collection as required
  • Handling ad hoc tasks as they arise

Essential Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Prior knowledge of sales ledger processes, while preferable, is not essential as training will be provided
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficiency in using relevant technologies and software

Desirable Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of finance systems and software

Technologies:

  • Excel
  • Finance systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
