Administration Assistant

Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of air and gas compressors, vacuum pumps and gas boosters. 

They are looking for a motivated individual to join their team in a Part Time Administration Role of around 16-24 hours per week with flexible working.

The role would see the individual processing Purchase Invoices to be passed for payment, raising queries against invoices unable to be passed to the Purchasing team and supporting the department in general administrative duties as required. 

Admin work for other departments may also be required on an Ad-hoc basis.

The suitable individual will be competent in the use of Microsoft Office and an understanding of stock control database systems would be advantageous. 

Knowledge of Purchasing, Accounts or HR operations would be desirable although not essential as full training will be provided.
