Administrative Assistant
Conwy County Borough Council are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the council's operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the councils Environment, Roads and Facilities Dep.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations and other documents
- Manage and maintain the company's filing system
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Organise and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Welsh speaking desirable
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in an administrative support role
- DBS required
- Good keyboard skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
