Administrator

We are looking to recruit for an administrator for our established company based on the outskirts of Cardiff.

You will have the ability to work to deadlines, prioritise tasks in a busy environment working to tight deadlines.

They offer a condensed working week with every other Friday off!!

Duties include:

• Responsible for general administration duties within a busy team,
• Answering the telephone, ordering stationery, dealing with the post and deliveries etc.
• Additional Administration support to our Training Department, if required.
• Assure that documents and reports are produced to the highest standard.
• To maintain confidentiality about the company's activities, policies, and development work.
• To provide cover to other members of the team when necessary.

Skills:

Minimum 5 GCSE's (A-C)

Excellent computer skills and a technical mind set.

Polite and confident telephone manner

Strong attention to detail and highly organised.

Experience of working with CAD would be beneficial, but not critical, as full training will be provided.
