This is an an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected and established local business. This is a varied role where IT skills are essential.

Duties of the Administrator will include:

• Greeting clients and visitors on arrival
• Receiving and dealing with telephone calls.
• Data entry using Microsoft Packages and CRM systems.
• Production of reports and letters using in-house software
• Assisting with social media and marketing.
• Typing letters, reports and other documents.
• Receiving, recording, and distributing incoming mail.
• Ensuring outgoing mail is recorded, franked, and sent
• Taking card payments for sales invoices.
• Photocopying, scanning, and filing as required.

Requirements for the Administrator:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate in a professional manner both over the telephone and in person
• Strong IT and data entry skills and confident using a range of programmes including Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and bespoke software.
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload effectively.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines
• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 + (or equivalent).
• An IT qualification is desirable.
