Adult Support Worker

I know have the pleasure of supporting Doncaster City with temporary roles in their respite services. 

Hamilton Court is a CQC registered service which provides support for adults who have a learning disability and or associated physical disabilities. The post-holder will provide high quality care and support to meet the needs of adults at our supported living service.

You will be supporting tenants with their daily living needs including personal, nutritional, social and emotional in line with their individual support plans. To support tenants with accessing new activities / opportunities and leisure interests to stimulate and encourage independence.

These are the shift patterns.

This is a full-time position, so you need to able to commit to at least 30 hours on days and the night wake night role is 31 hours and this is a rolling rota so also need to be able to meet rota needs. 

Days 7am- 2pm, Afters 2pm-10pm, Nights 10pm-7am

 The role in temporary but there is also the possibility of going perm in the role as there are active vacancies.
