Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our Ageing Well Team at Impact Initiatives.

As the Ageing Well Marketing and Communications Officer, you will be a vital part of our team, working in collaboration with our wider partnership to coordinate impactful events and activities. Your role will involve promoting our services and initiatives across social media platforms and ensuring effective outreach to our target demographic of people aged 50 plus.

Responsibilities:

- Promotion: Ensure the widespread promotion of the Ageing Well service throughout the city.
- Event Coordination: Contribute to the planning and execution of our flagship events, the annual Ageing Well Festival and Conference.
- Audience Engagement: Ensure that our messaging resonates with and reaches our target audience effectively.

Key Duties:

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to maximise awareness and engagement with our Ageing Well initiatives.
- Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including statutory services, community organisations, and private businesses, to organise a variety of activities and events tailored to the interests of older people.
- Utilise social media channels to amplify our messaging and connect with our audience on a digital platform.
