My client is a leading Architectural practice who have earnt themselves a spot on the AJ 100 list for their exciting technically expert designs across multiple sectors including mixed use, education and leisure to name a few. This award winning practice have cultivated a culture of collaboration and success supported by their over 40 years of experience within the field. They are passionate about driving value into their surrounding communities by incorporating sustainability and keeping people at the heart of their designs. I am actively seeking a driven Architect to join their team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will have a good level of post qualification experience working on a mix of projects including in the residential and commercial sector and be well versed in Revit.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architect:

• ARB registered
• Substantial post qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice
• It is essential that you are proficient in Revit
• Experience working on residential, commercial and ideally healthcare projects
• Confident producing tender and construction packages in Revit
• Boast design flare
• Capable at meeting project deadlines and strong organisation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comprehensive understanding of current UK Building regulations and legislations
• Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings
• Help to manage the emergent technical team members
