Konker is working with an award-winning Architectural practice based in Worthing who is recruiting an experienced Architectural Technician to join their team!
 
Known for their outstanding designs within the hospitality sector, they are passionate about great architecture and work closely with each client. The team embarks on a holistic approach that begins with research and concept creation through to on site project management and everything in between!
 
Being a multidisciplinary business, you will be surrounded by numerous professionals where you can bounce ideas from one another, proving their collaborative environment.
 
Some projects you can expect to gain involvement in are within the hospitality sector, involving Listed Building projects!
 
As an Architectural Technician, you will be expected to produce and review technical drawings for a range of applications, while also obtaining technical building construction knowledge which is essential to this role.
 
Architectural Technician – Worthing 
  • Working UK Building Regulation knowledge
  • Technical building construction knowledge
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative – collaborative environment.
  • Produce and review technical drawings.
  • Well organised, efficient and adaptable.
  • AutoCAD is essential!
The salary is dependent on relevant experience but as a guide - £30K - £40K+.
